The Intelisecure Difference – Our People and Process:
Our stated goal with Intelisecure is not to be the biggest, but the absolute best. As a result, we have created a unique staffing structure in the Intelisecure SOC that maps to our Quality Management System methodology. Each Intelisecure customer is assigned to a “pod”; a group of three Data Protection Analysts (DPAs) who are responsible for the following:
Each Intelisecure DPA is cross-trained across the Quality Management System, allowing a complete understanding of the objectives and goals of each customer program scope. Intelisecure Pods typically support between three and five customer accounts. BEW Global typically does not have pods dedicated solely to one account except in the largest environments, and in other cases we have customized pods consisting of one dedicated Application DPA, two Incident and Triage DPAs, and one Reporting and Analytics DPA.
